Carlos is Ph.D. in Technical Construction Sciences MISI, Moscow, Specialist in Environmental Management and Civil Engineer. He is an expert in structural resistance, design and calculation of buildings for conduction and treatment of water, leachates and other liquids, as well as the management and administration of university teaching.Carlos has held public and private positions of high responsibility such as: Principal of several universities, Head of Environmental Management for EMMAP-Quito, Secretary of SENAGUA, among others. He has made multiple consult projects in technical areas of construction, environmental management and academic university management.He’s done several publications on topics such as: waste management, mathematical models for hydrologist for roads building, structural calculations, among others.Carlos has been an undergraduate and graduate university professor for several universities in Ecuador.
